The SKEISO SKS-1 combines a guided Smith machine, adjustable cable functional trainer and rack-based free-weight training in one home gym station. Dual 200 lb selectorized weight stacks provide resistance for cable exercises, with pin selection for changing the stack setting.
Smith machine training: a guided bar path for squats and pressing movements, using a suitable bench when required.
Adjustable cable training: change the pulley height for cable flys, rows, curls and triceps pushdowns.
Rack-based training: combine free-bar strength work with cable exercises in the same setup.
Listed assembled size (L × W × H): approximately 96.1 × 80.7 × 93.9 in. This is the assembled equipment size, not the complete exercise area. Allow additional space for movement, access and any separately required equipment.
